New Golf Carts You can return or exchange a new golf cart within 30 days of delivery or before driving 20 miles, whichever comes first. The cart must be in excellent, unused condition. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the cart is returned in the same condition. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any discounts or promotions applied. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For financed carts, refunds will be sent directly to the financing company. Exchanges will reflect the original purchase price minus restocking fees and any discounts, and a new financing agreement may be required. Non-Returnable Items Golf carts converted into Low-Speed Vehicles are non-returnable, though they may be bought back at a reduced value. Used Golf Carts Used golf carts are sold "As-Is" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Warranty Information New golf carts come with a manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and model. No additional warranty or guarantee is provided beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. After receiving the returned cart, it will undergo inspection and testing. Once inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed based on the terms outlined above.
